Job Description

- Routes and assigns work to contract field personnel to achieve optimal productivity and provides supporting documentation (SAP work orders, construction drawings and related forms).
- Reviews contract orders for completion and enters completion data in SAP.
Verifies and confirms status of field work orders as required. - Coordinates customer needs with contract personnel.
- Processes vendor invoices using the SAP workflow.
- Processes invoices against the SAP contracts.
- Obtains permits as necessary to support the activities of contract field personnel.
- Updates SAP, mobile data for order status and completions.
- Monitors status of work orders and reassigns work as necessary to balance workload between contractors.
- Communicates with internal/external groups to resolve customer issues.
- Generates routine pre-construction customer communications that proactively answer customer questions.
- Responds to internal/external inquiries related to contract activities.
- Prepares reports of contact activities to monitor the service delivery process.
- Performs various clerical duties including to support contract activities.
- Provides office support for the overall service delivery process.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Requires a High School diploma or Equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of four (4) years of administrative or office related experience. Including knowledge of Microsoft Suite using Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, and SAP.
- An associate degree.
- Experience using GIS and COUPA.
- Working knowledge of SAP’s work environment including ESD, mobile data, leak management, reporting, maintenance, work order origination and completion.

Job Summary
CenterPoint Energy is looking for a Senior Processor to join our Contract Services Team, located in Houston, TX.
You will have the ability to: coordinates and supports work performed by contract personnel engaged in the delivery of service and construction activities for CenterPoint Energy. Responds to all internal/external inquiries and issues related to the field activities of contract personnel. Assigns work to contractors and enters completion data in the system. Following prescribed procedures and practices, provides clerical support and/or administrative duties including data collection and entry, information/data analysis, document preparation, report generation, requests for information and/or records maintenance in compliance with legal retention schedules.
