What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with business organization representatives to understand and document business needs and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst in agile software development
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with dashboard and business intelligence tools, such as MicroStrategy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAFe certification
- Familiarity with workflow and task management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in facilitating user groups and training
