What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, source, and engage talent to grow the Product and Design teams using creative and diverse methods
- Manage pipeline activity and provide recommendations for improving talent strategies based on data
- Design and execute recruiting plans in partnership with hiring teams
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to enhance hiring processes
- Implement diversity recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience throughout the interview process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year supporting Product and/or Design teams
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house recruiting experience
- Strong track record of engaging and closing candidates at a high volume
- Proven ability to collaborate inclusively with hiring teams to attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Familiarity with ATS systems and pipeline metrics (Greenhouse/Gem preferred)
