What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide the development and delivery of exceptional customer experiences for pet parents and veterinary professionals
- Synthesize data to identify opportunities and develop potential features
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for product/feature suite aligned with customer and business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery and delivery, adapting as new information is identified
- Define and analyze success metrics (KPIs) for initiatives and provide insights to the wider team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent professional or military experience
- Proven ability to develop, deliver, and scale products or services with measurable benefits
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience launching new technology products/services in virtual care delivery
- MBA or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the pet healthcare industry and recent trends
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize
- In-depth knowledge of the veterinary profession in the US; DVM degree or veterinary certification is a plus
