Senior Product Manager – Leasing Technology

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform our Leasing, Transaction Management, and Lease Administration products. Our product suite enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.

The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the technology strategy, in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple business lines. You will also have the opportunity to build a customer-focused team focused adoption and continuous transformation of the product suite.

What you'll be doing
Product Management

• Define the platform visions and roadmap
• Maintain expert knowledge of CRE and PropTech products, services, and industry trends
• Develop and maintain a deep and broad understanding of the leasing, transaction management, and lease administration businesses
• Manage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the product
• Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teams
• Define and manage OKRs that build confidence in the product and ensure the product meets the needs and goals of the business

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business leaders as their trusted advisor
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the product
• Build user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop drives the product forward
• Maintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teams
• Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service

Project Delivery

• Oversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project charters
• Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects
• Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control
• Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management

Technology Operations

• Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providers
• Manage integrations with internal and external products and platforms
• Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations

Skills we're seeking

• 7+ years of experience with IT Product Management
• Strong experience with leasing or other similar real estate technology
• Experience developing and managing complex technology roadmaps, with multiple applications, vendors and integrations
