- Define and communicate Venmo's product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, etc.) to develop new features and enhancements for the Venmo app, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, using these insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of features, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives and priorities.
- 5+ years of product management or other relevant experience
- Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact
- Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency

As a Senior Product Manager with Venmo, you will be part of the Checkout Product Team, working closely with fellow product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive payment experiences to our users. We spend our days advancing Venmo’s mobile payments platform to exceed our users’ wants and needs. We are data-driven by nature and guided by human-centered design principles. In this role, you will be critical in defining strategy and leading the product development of exciting new features to scale Venmo to millions of merchants.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch A/B tests, optimizing existing product flows and ensuring a seamless user experience. Embracing agility, you'll participate in agile ceremonies to champion the execution and launch of new features from imagination to reality. As the voice of the customer, you'll balance their desires with business requirements, legal/compliance considerations, and growth and monetization strategies.
