What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for conveying technologies in intralogistics
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing strategies and product positioning
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to design and launch new products
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and address quality issues promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant B2B product management and new product marketing/commercialization experience in the industrial manufacturing industry
- Strong background in industrial automation, robotics, and warehouse operations
- Willingness to travel 35-40%
- Experience leading and mentoring a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of product/container handling components and systems
- Experience building new product channels
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent preferred
