What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and deliver user-centric products while balancing business expectations and technology
- Act as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience related to data management, analytics, product design, or similar fields
- Minimum of 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations
