      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product solutions across the digital guest journey
      - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities
      - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, ensuring solutions meet high standards of quality and user experience
      - Conduct extensive user research and gather feedback to understand the needs and challenges of both guests and hotel partners
      - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing user-friendly digital products
      - Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data for informed product decisions
      - Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to travel to New York from Monday to Thursday, two weeks each month
