      What You'll Be Responsible For:
      • Own the product vision and market differentiation for your product area and actively participate in driving and delivering the company vision.
      • Become an expert on the Strategic Finance domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going and most importantly, why.
      • Be the champion for Mosaic customers and bring the voice of those customers into the creation process.
      • Manage the roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long term. Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap.
      • Collaborate and communicate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.
      • Measure success. Own the measures used to define success for your product. Success measures must be defined at the inception of a product and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make measures visible to all stakeholders and interpret them into actionable conclusions and new hypotheses.
      • Develop new opportunities. With your finger on the pulse of the market, the customers, competitors, and the engineering teams, you are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new opportunities.

      Requirements:
      • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally at a hyper-growth SaaS B2B company.
      • Experience creating BI Analytics, Collaboration, and/or Modeling software for business users.
      • Enough technical proficiency to successfully partner with engineering in the build-out of our products.
      • Have experience creating highly successful product experiences that focus on leveraging data, generating new data, and analyzing or visualizing that data.
      • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills: ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Has a knack for process/organization.
      • Be able to thrive in the startup environment, where things often don’t go according to plan, but we figure out how to get better, always.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: has the ability to interface with a broad set of people (Execs, Engineers, Designers, Customers, etc.).
      • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
      • Ability to lead and work autonomously.
      • Experience with Agile methodologies.

      Nice to Have:
      • Proven experience building products that drive industry disruption.
      • Cloud computing experience.
      • Strategic Finance or relevant domain experience.
