What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the digital presence of the employer's website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clean, fast, and accessible web experience
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of web development tasks and enhancements
- Document requirements and manage the life cycle of features and enhancements for the website
- Analyze success metrics and key performance indicators to drive improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing agile/scrum processes for a development team
- Strong communication skills in marketing, technical, and product contexts
- Deep knowledge of web infrastructure and security topics
- Ability to write technical specifications and project documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe AEM and related tools such as Adobe DAM and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with wireframing and graphics tools, including GIMP and Figma
- Knowledge of technical and content SEO for web and mobile
- Experience in leading development teams in an agile environment
- Ability to write creative briefs and deliver effective presentations
