As a Senior SEO Product Manager on Redfin’s Growth team, you’ll work on building one of our most important assets - our online audience. You’ll help us compete for visitors to grow Redfin’s 50M+ unique monthly users by building a web experience that’s compelling for people and search engines. You’ll set the technical SEO roadmap and partner with other product managers and engineers to ensure our experience is optimized for search engines. You’ll understand technical nitty gritty details while having a birds eye view on SEO performance and the ever-changing search engine landscape.

The Role

• Set our technical SEO roadmap by conducting thorough audits and evaluations of our website relative to competitors

• Work directly with other product managers and engineers to maintain SEO hygiene, implement changes, and ensure new features meet requirements

• Partner with analytics to monitor and report on key metrics related to traffic, rankings, crawl, indexation, site performance, and overall hygiene

• Communicate SEO initiatives, progress, and performance to leadership, peers, and partner orgs in a clear and concise way that ties our efforts back to company-level goals

• Protect our position as the third most-visited real estate website by continuously finding issues and opportunities, proposing efficient and scalable solutions, and managing projects through to completion

Who You Are

• Results. Experience working in-house on enterprise websites (1M+ pages) with a track record of delivering results that drive organic traffic growth

• High internet IQ. Thorough understanding of website best practices and factors which influence search rankings, crawl health, and indexation

• Strategic. You understand that growing organic traffic is more than just title tags and links. You deploy a comprehensive SEO strategy that considers technical, UX, and marketing components

• Great communicator. You can distill a challenging problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives

• Analytical. You’re data-driven at your core, and aren’t afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. You are able to articulate complex issues in a simple way.

• Organized. Project manage and oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives from concept to completion, quickly pivoting as needed based on business priorities and performance changes

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $156,200.00 - 234,000.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
