What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the strategic direction of new commercial solutions, including the Campaign Manager on the Vault Platform
- Define product priorities and roadmap by synthesizing input from various stakeholders including customers and market owners
- Act as the voice of the customer while collaborating with product development teams to design and deliver required product capabilities
- Evangelize products and serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external communications
- Collaborate with departments such as UX, engineering, QA, and operations to manage resources and timelines effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of product management experience in the Marketing Automation software industry
- Proven experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop product roadmaps
- Experience in developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions within an agile environment
- Strong track record of collaboration with engineering/QA to define and deliver products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong sense of professional ethics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, including Inside Sales or Field Medical teams
- Prior work experience in software development or a degree in computer science
