What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct competitive analysis using internal, customer, and market data to identify industry trends and unmet user needs
- Develop product management strategies by defining requirements and conveying project visions/goals
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and tracking mechanisms
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and user experience teams to build customer-centric solutions
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide product development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is desirable
- At least 5 years of work experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
- Strong expertise in business case development, market research, and product positioning strategies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead and build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Agile software development environments
- Technical software/programming experience
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present compelling business cases for product solutions
