What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Provide product ownership oversight and direction to engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager in a SaaS-based, Agile/Scrum technology company
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Solid understanding of healthcare claims processes
- Experience working with web-based applications and UI/UX principles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or healthcare

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAFe or Scrum certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, CBAP)
- Proven business acumen in the healthcare industry, particularly in provider data and credentialing
