What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the digital transformation within the Fulfillment Pillar, focusing on Dispatch & Routing, Parts Supply Chain, and Technician experience
- Develop and implement innovative digital strategies that align with business goals
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for digital tools and platforms within the Fulfillment domain
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and field service teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Drive data-informed decision-making using user feedback, analytics, and market trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience in product management
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Significant expertise in either Dispatch & Routing or Parts Supply Chain
