      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the renter growth marketing strategy and associated go-to-market motions
      - Drive the core renter value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks
      - Manage the development and oversee execution of integrated national marketing campaigns
      - Write and deliver marketing briefs to enable effective campaign execution across various channels
      - Partner with finance and data science teams to create marketing goals for continued investment in renter growth campaigns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years in B2C product marketing, brand management, integrated marketing, or growth marketing with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years in the same areas with a Master's degree
      - Experience leading and supporting large-scale integrated marketing campaigns
      - Strong project management skills and ability to convey ideas clearly in various formats
      - Ability to connect consumer insights with first-party data and macro signals
      - Experience working with product and business teams in a fast-paced technology company is a plus

      - Experience as an analytic-translator, coordinating data from multiple sources
      - Strong relationship-building skills and capability to lead through influence
      - Curiosity and ownership mindset, with a focus on results-oriented strategies
      - Comfort managing through ambiguity and conducting agile go-to-market tests
