What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and project management of key programs supporting Talent Management in the Product Organization
- Collaborate with Product Organization leaders to define and prioritize programs that meet associates' needs across various disciplines
- Enhance associate engagement to improve team satisfaction and facilitate skill development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product operations staff
- Aggregate insights from employee feedback systems to drive talent programs and organizational initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations roles
- Minimum of 4 years of People Ops experience with increasing responsibilities, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of Product Management and Design disciplines
- Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail with the ability to adapt to ongoing change
- Experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for large cross-functional initiatives
- Broad knowledge of Talent practices and principles
- Experience successfully incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) goals into programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
