      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead program finance activities, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for U.S. Government aftermarket programs
      - Interface daily with program management to ensure accurate financial estimates and timely reporting of risks and opportunities
      - Perform month-end close activities, variance analysis, and account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts
      - Support WBS setup, maintenance, and oversight to meet program needs
      - Provide estimating, pricing, and negotiation support for fleet management contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or finance with increasing responsibilities
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve complex issues independently
      - Proficient in systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Brio, and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to clearly communicate results and emerging issues to management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with U.S. Government contracts or in the aerospace and defense industry
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards relevant to government contracts
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Experience in a team-oriented environment with a focus on collaboration
      - Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements
