What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support divisional and shared services teams in advancing key strategic initiatives and projects for the employer's Communication department
- Provide strategic program management for brand, communication, and social impact performance improvement efforts
- Lead and manage both direct and virtual teams from concept phase through implementation
- Serve as a strategic partner to communication, system, and division leaders
- Facilitate alignment and drive change across initiatives of varying size and complexity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing virtual teams within project management, consulting, health planning, and/or business analytics
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations
- Strong project management experience, including the development of work plans, metrics, and monitoring processes
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and virtual teams for strategically essential system initiatives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Performance improvement experience using a variety of performance improvement tools
- Experience in change management, facilitation, or process improvement methodologies
- Substantial project management experience of complex, multi-regional, strategically important initiatives
