      Position Overview

      As the Senior Program Manager for Trusted AI, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Trusted AI. You will work closely with partners, including technical teams, often in a matrix environment, across Autodesk to align expectations and garner support for the objectives of our Trusted AI priorities and initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Data Privacy & Trusted AI and can either be hybrid near one of the Autodesk North America offices (office/home office) or fully remote.

      This challenging and dynamic Program Management role requires a unique combination of influence, risk-management acumen, storytelling, and technical knowledge. We are looking for a passionate, get-stuff-done person, who can partner across the enterprise.

      Responsibilities

      • Build governance and manage oversight for the Trusted AI program
      • Develop the Trusted AI roadmap and partner with dependent teams to deliver
      • Articulate Trusted AI strategic proposals and tie them to the strategy of Autodesk
      • Influence other teams to be accountable and join the cause
      • Communicate status and timelines for core team and executive understanding
      • Work with leaders to prioritize/influence requirements, process improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements
      • Define success metrics and operational governance processes

      Expertise

      • Keep up with modern AI/ML and Privacy innovations, technologies, approaches, and techniques that can potentially be applied to Autodesk
      • Experience in implementing policies, standards and developing training & awareness content
      • Build relationships and evangelize Autodesk's Privacy and Trusted AI principles
      • Stay abreast of privacy regulations worldwide

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 5+ years leading the full lifecycle of complex operational programs
      • Possess a deep respect and passion for protecting people's data privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible use of AI/ML
      • Experience leading initiatives in a complex technology and organizational ecosystem
      • Knowledge of global data privacy legislations, emergent AI standards, industry practices and how they impact business operations and product development
      • Strong data analytics skills
      • Outstanding story-telling and EQ

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 7-10 years in a combination of program, project, product management
      • 3+ years experience in data security, AI/ML, data science, master data management, privacy, governance and compliance
      • Consulting experience
      • Education: Masters degree

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $159,800 and $258,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
