What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and/or lead programming efforts within clinical studies, depending on experience
- Review CRFs for adequacy and consistency as a lead
- Develop and maintain SDTM and ADaM database standards
- Perform database consistency checks and oversee vendor programming activities
- Contribute to the development of documentation and processes for programming activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years of direct programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in SAS software
- Experience working in a global context
- Strong written and spoken English skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in oncology
- Programming skills in R or Python
- Familiarity with CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic company
