What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the qualification, development, engineering construction, and commissioning of wastewater and bioenergy projects
- Prepare technical responses and project fees for development contracts with customers and subconsultants
- Oversee and manage engineering processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Provide troubleshooting support during construction and post-installation phases
- Represent the engineering team as a technical expert in client and stakeholder communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering or related wastewater field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in wastewater and energy projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- Proficiency in biogas and landfill gas treatment process design and operations
- Strong technical writing and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of national regulations for renewable energies and waste treatment
- Experience with advanced biosolids processing and secondary treatment systems
- Entrepreneurial interest and experience in client engagement for project acquisition
- Familiarity with traditional and alternative project delivery methods
