What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support the qualification, development, and commissioning of wastewater and bioenergy projects
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, and project fees in collaboration with clients and subconsultants
- Oversee engineering design processes and ensure compliance with project objectives
- Provide troubleshooting support during construction and post-installation phases
- Collaborate with sales teams and maintain relationships with energy utilities for business development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in wastewater and energy projects, specifically with biosolids and biogas-to-energy
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in biogas and landfill gas treatment process design and operations
- Exceptional critical thinking, technical writing, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of national regulations for renewable energy and waste treatment design
- Experience with utility interconnections, aeration, and pump system design
