Drive the design of new client lifecycle management processes and applications
Represent the Front (relationship managers, assistants and team leads) in large programme’s
Conceptualize and drive the design of RM journeys
Balance the differing perspective of front stakeholders seeking to drive efficient process design
Visualise and present concepts, workflows and visions to key stakeholders and senior management
Bring multiple stakeholders together and effectively drive projects forward
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions
University degree or equivalent higher education
At least 10 years of experience in (private) banking or consulting
Very strong project management experience
Deep understanding of the private banking business models
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as overall affinity to technology
Fluent in English - other languages (e.g. German) are an advantage
Strong conceptual and problem solving skills
Analytical thinking and data/hypothesis driven mind-set
Ability to tell stories and visualise them in a structured manner
Structured and highly organised personality
High level of intrinsic drive, professionalism, and attention to detail
Flexibility, resilience and ability to work under pressure
Solution-orientation, ‘can-do’ attitude, and willingness to learn and develop
Vertical agility: ability to interact and connect with various stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, including senior management

The newly formed Client Strategy & Experience (CS&E) division is designed to enable, engage, and support Julius Baer’s client-facing organisation in achieving their ambitions. With a focus on client service, segment management, marketing, and front risk management, CS&E will work towards global harmonisation of non-differentiating services while allowing regional nuances where necessary and beneficial.
We are looking for a senior project manager within CS&E Business Architecture & Sales Excellence team. The project manager will be assigned to drive front office change the bank initiatives and topics. This includes orchestrating the definition of business journey target states and requirements along the client lifecycle with main focus on client onboarding and maintenance processes. As part of this challenging position, you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the entire bank, driving the design of a state-of-the-art client lifecycle management capabilities.YOUR CHALLENGE
