What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain project work plans and monitor resource use and budgets
- Negotiate resources for project execution with functional managers
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison to client or funding agency leadership
- Provide project progress and budget reports to stakeholders
- Mentor Project Coordinator(s) and Project Associate(s), serving as a resource for Project Managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with seven to ten years of progressively responsible project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience managing large teams toward complex goals
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Non-profit experience
- Experience managing government grants and contracts for research
- Understanding of biostatistical and technical programming issues related to health care research
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
