What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive projects through the initiative lifecycle, aligning stakeholders through effective communication
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear expectations and addressing performance issues
- Generate accurate and timely project status reports in alignment with PMO standards
- Oversee resource allocation and manage project forecasts and budgets
- Mentor project managers and contribute to project management knowledge areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a health insurance payer
- Proven experience in managing vendor relations and project schedules
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred

- Expertise in Medicare or Individual and Family Plan premium billing and claims service lines
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to influence and foster collaborative vendor relationships
