What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive projects through the initiative lifecycle, aligning stakeholders through effective communication
- Engage and manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear expectations and monitoring performance
- Generate accurate project status reports in alignment with PMO standards
- Define and manage resource allocation while monitoring project scope and budget
- Mentor project managers within the Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance their skills and growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a health insurance payer
- Proven experience with Project Portfolio Management software and vendor management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence vendor relationships
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification highly preferred
- Expertise in Medicare or Individual and Family Plan Premium Billing and Claims Service Lines
