What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project closeouts, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of post-construction issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve defects
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address issues based on their number and complexity
- Analyze the root causes of claims, identifying trends and systemic issues
- Facilitate communication between regional teams, vendors, and project managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in construction, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in construction management, facilities management, or related field with a focus on post-construction quality assurance
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with project management tools and software
