What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements
- Develop, assign, and monitor performance of OARs relative to assigned construction projects
- Review change orders and assess their impact on the District
- Provide functional direction over areas of responsibility including construction project schedules, cost control, and quality control
- Coordinate program activities with other District organizational branches and departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 17 years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
- 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $60 million
- Minimum 5 years' experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Design Build Experience
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
