What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects in various phases, from design and planning to construction and financial closeout
- Provide hands-on oversight for various types of projects including renovations and tenant improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client representatives
- Track project financials and schedules, ensuring compliance with established goals
- Prepare and manage accurate project documentation throughout all construction phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proven experience with ground-up construction projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management
- Previous experience in Financial Services is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
