Your tasks:

• As senior project manager you are responsible for strategic and operational growth initiatives within our international go-to-market area with focus on contract strategy
• Through KPI analysis and exchange with key stakeholders, you identify key measures with a focus on sales and sales operations
• On the basis of business cases, you evaluate the impact of initiatives, prioritise and manage their implementation
• By collaborating closely with business and tech functions, you define solutions that create high impact and cut through complexity
• For prioritised projects, you are responsible for end-to-end implementation and impact measurement

Your profile:

• Successfully completed university degree in business, economics or related field
• Multiple years of experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting or similar high-paced environment
• Years of experience in strategy consulting
• Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions
• Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges
• Able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately for maximizing business impact
• Strong communication skills and used to work in cross-functional settings
• Tech affinity and a good understanding of system management (e.g. Salesforce)
• Business fluent written and spoken English
