What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the product team to gather and define intake requirements for new projects
- Create project charters to clearly outline project details and expectations
- Apply agile and waterfall methodologies effectively across various projects
- Maintain communication with project team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with time, cost, and scope
- Track project issues and decision points, promptly addressing roadblocks to project progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in an engineering, data warehouse, or clinical data environment
- Strong background in project management with proven experience in leading data engineering projects
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- Experience with Smartsheet administration and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment and work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMI or Agile Certifications are preferred but not required
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Familiarity with UAT testing processes
- Strong facilitation skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- A passion for improving healthcare outcomes for seniors
