What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate resource needs with team members and other departments
- Manage projects, oversee and delegate tasks, and engage in project design
- Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, fees, and communicate to project team members
- Ensure financial performance of projects and proactively manage scope changes and billing processes
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships

- Knowledge of contracts and accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting
