  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a team of project managers and oversee infrastructure project management for client sites
  - Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines to meet client objectives
  - Supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators, providing coaching and performance management
  - Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across all project phases
  - Collaborate with clients and facility management to ensure successful project execution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - B.S. Degree in Engineering
  - Minimum of 7+ years of engineering experience in an accountability role, particularly with infrastructure projects
  - At least 5 years of supervisory experience in project management
  - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  - Strong communication and technical proficiency
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in managing large-scale engineering or construction projects
  - Familiarity with government regulations and compliance in project management
  - Previous experience in client-facing roles, particularly in marketing project management services
  - Knowledge of CAD software and space planning principles
  - Ability to integrate multiple project management components effectively
