What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage project plans for the project, portfolio, product prioritization, and implementation
- Lead and facilitate collaborative design sessions with external and internal client or partner teams
- Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
- Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in the business case
- Continually update relevant business stakeholders on project status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years of project management and/or process improvement experience, preferably in banking and card payments
- Knowledge of banking technology stacks and their integrations
- Understanding and experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean and/or Six Sigma)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
