What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple large and complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies
- Lead process improvement workshops and develop realistic project plans, including charters and detailed schedules
- Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to senior leadership
- Facilitate Scrum events and support cross-team collaboration
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure product quality throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of technology project management experience in a complex environment
- At least 5 years of project team experience as a Developer, Business Analyst, and/or Tester
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and Scrum certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing large programs
- Familiarity with PPM/Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
