      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear expectations and performance monitoring
      - Lead efficient meetings with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and track follow-up items
      - Generate timely project status reports in alignment with Project Management Office (PMO) standards
      - Define and manage resource allocation while addressing project scope and budget variances
      - Mentor project managers to enhance their skills and contributions within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in a health insurance payer
      - Proven verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor management
      - Experience utilizing Project Portfolio Management software and vendor management tools
      - Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred
      - Experience with Medicare or Individual and Family Plan delegated vendor oversight
