What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive projects through the initiative lifecycle, aligning stakeholders through effective communication
- Engage and manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance accountability and addressing issues promptly
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and track follow-up items
- Generate accurate project status reports in alignment with PMO standards and manage resource allocation
- Mentor project managers within the PMO to foster growth and excellence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a health insurance payer
- Proven experience in vendor oversight in Medicare or Individual and Family Plans preferred
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
