What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage account risk portfolio and provide account-level engineering to meet underwriting requirements
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to reduce loss and enhance customer operations
- Perform plan reviews and support change management processes
- Provide engineering support to underwriting teams by attending client and broker meetings
- Monitor property account engineering services to ensure proper, timely, and cost-effective delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience within the Risk Engineering area, or High School Diploma and 8 or more years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a team environment
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- High degree of proficiency related to PC and software systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or a related field
- Experience with large account HPR property
- Account Executive & Loss Control/Risk Engineering experience within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry
- Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)
