What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, evaluate, estimate, and process property claims requiring on-site inspections
- Handle personal and commercial property losses, including structure, contents, and business income losses
- Write moderate to large property estimates using estimating guides and software
- Assist inside property specialists and comply with claims organization's policies and procedures
- Manage a minimum average of 30 claims elements per month, including catastrophe claims handling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Property Resolution Specialist or equivalent in the insurance industry
- Must have achieved an overall performance rating of at least "Meets Expectations" in the last two annual performance reviews
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Thorough knowledge of claims settlement techniques and relevant insurance products
- College degree or equivalent in insurance or business is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing insurance education through IIA, CPCU, or other accredited providers
- Experience in handling catastrophe claims
