What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in business development to generate revenue for the practice
- Research and analyze market assessment data and sales transactions
- Assist with assessment review and monitoring appeals for clients
- Provide excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the practice
- Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax assessors and collectors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated understanding of the property tax cycle for real estate property
- Familiarity with jurisdictional rules and filing requirements
- Ability to collect and review client-provided data
- Knowledge of assessment review, appeal determination, tax bill administration, and approaches to value
- Experience filing appeals and monitoring the appeal process

- Valuation designations preferred (TX)
