What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposal plans and templates based on solicitation requirements
- Gather and modify relevant resumes and project descriptions according to proposal requirements
- Participate in resume reviews with project managers to ensure compliance and relevancy
- Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain online portals and assist with the completion and submission of required proposal forms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
- 2+ years of experience with government/commercial proposal preparation and production in a consulting environment
- 2+ years’ experience in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
- Experience with writing or editing
- Bachelor's degree with preferred specialization in Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
