What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement key Provider Compensation projects as assigned, ensuring effective communication of project status and potential obstacles
- Actively participate in the guidance, direction, and development of department peers
- Originate and lead compensation practices and objectives
- Exercise discretion and judgment while performing varied intellectual tasks, both independently and collaboratively
- Write, modify, and execute various databases and reports for production, management, regulatory, and customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of prior experience in finance/accounting
- At least two years of experience in healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
- One year of experience working with large databases, including data extraction and analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
- Familiarity with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
- Experience with various data management techniques
