What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert on provider compensation for the Medical Group
- Participate in the development of incentive plans and implementation of new compensation programs
- Conduct market pricing and financial modeling to support compensation strategies
- Analyze and diagnose compensation-related issues, providing recommendations to leadership
- Oversee the collection and submission of market survey data for provider compensation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of advanced professional experience in compensation administration
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Progress toward CCP, CBP, or a master’s degree preferred
