What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute daily purchasing tasks, including order placement, tracking, and inventory management
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve issues
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers to enhance direct sourcing activities
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery consistency
- Prepare and present detailed reports on purchasing activities and market trends to senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in purchasing or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in primary pharmaceutical distribution
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with SAP, SQL, Tableau, PBI, or Oracle
- Excellent financial modeling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
