Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Regulatory Reporting Analyst.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., Basel III, Solvency II, MiFID II, etc.).
• Experience with the Axiom CV application or similar regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., Wolters Kluwer, Finastra) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of banking or financial industry data, including accounting, risk, and financial systems.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Axiom CV or similar regulatory reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to reporting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are a plus.
• Experience working in a regulatory compliance or financial reporting environment in the banking, insurance, or investment sectors.
