What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and development teams to understand product specifications and requirements
- Design and implement automated and manual tests to ensure product quality
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and track quality assurance metrics
- Lead the testing team through all phases of test planning and execution
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor others in quality management practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in leading testing teams and managing end-to-end test cycles
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across multiple databases
