What You’ll Do

✅ Validate Loan Documents – Review employment, asset, and liability documentation for accuracy and completeness.
✅ Send Re-Verification Requests – Use the ACES QC system to prepare files for underwriter review.
✅ Order Appraisal Field Reviews & Credit Reports – Ensure thorough checks are completed.
✅ Communicate with Stakeholders – Send out rebuttals, request second verifications, or perform verbal follow-ups.
✅ Maintain QC Records – Scan, organize, and create monthly QC audit folders of PDF files.
✅ Log Results Accurately – Enter all re-verification data into ACES with precision.
✅ Collaborate with QC Team – Partner with underwriters and managers to address findings and meet deadlines.
✅ Stay Organized – Keep your pipeline clean and compliant through diligent tracking and follow-through.
✅ Assist Where Needed – Take on other QC-related duties to support your team’s success.

Qualifications

Qualifications

✔ Experience Required – Minimum of 5 years in a Quality Control Processor role.
✔ Education – High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
✔ Detail-Oriented – You catch what others might miss.
✔ Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with loan software; experience with Encompass, Salesforce, and ACES is a big win!
✔ Team Player – You work well across departments and respect timelines.
