What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an advocate and subject matter expert by serving as a quality champion
- Measure and monitor the quality and effectiveness of work processes impacting agent satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage and track outstanding agent debts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
- Execute routine and non-routine business support tasks in the Debt Management/Commissions Operations teams
- Consult cross-functionally with other departments to influence and promote change in service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and running reports
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Strong communication skills for presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Knowledge of Business Blocks and CPR+

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SQL experience is a plus
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
